1. Information We Collect

Pricetta does not require you to provide personally identifiable information such as your:
 

• Name

• Email address

• Phone number

• Mailing address

• Payment information

• Account credentials

Pricetta does not require user registration or a cloud account.

Restaurant and Business Data

Pricetta allows you to enter business-related information, including:

• Ingredient names and categories

• Suppliers and brands

• Purchase quantities, units, and prices

• Yield and waste percentages

• Purchase-price history

• Recipes and sub-recipes

• Portion quantities and unit conversions

• Menu items and selling prices

• Food-cost targets and discount scenarios

• Labor, packaging, and other direct costs

• Restaurant outlets and menu sets

• Notes, preferences, themes, and application settings

This information is entered voluntarily and is stored locally on your device.

Pricetta does not require personal information to be entered into these fields. You should avoid entering confidential personal information into notes, supplier fields, recipe descriptions, or other free-text fields unless necessary.

 

2. Local Data Storage

Depending on the version of Pricetta and the storage option selected, your information may be stored using:

 

• Your browser’s local storage

• A local SQLite database used by the desktop application

• Other local application-storage folders maintained by your operating system

This information remains on your device and is not automatically uploaded to Workflow Wonders.

Pricetta may also store local preferences such as:

​

• Selected color scheme

• Custom theme colors

• Currency

• Default food-cost target

• Default discount scenario

• Easy or Advanced Mode selection

• Confirmation and display preferences

• Selected outlet and menu set

• Preferred local storage backend

 

3. No Advertising or Analytics Tracking

 

The current version of Pricetta does not use:

 

• Third-party advertising networks

• Behavioral advertising

• Tracking pixels

• User-profiling services

• Third-party analytics services

• Cross-site tracking

• Location tracking

 

Pricetta does not sell or rent user data.

 

4. Importing and Exporting Data

 

Pricetta allows you to import and export information using files such as:

 

• Full application backup files

• Settings backup files

• Ingredient CSV files

• Recipe CSV files

Files selected for import are processed locally by the application.

​

Exported files are saved to a location chosen by you. After export, those files are outside Pricetta’s control. Anyone who can access the exported file may be able to read its contents.

You are responsible for:

​

• Protecting exported backup and CSV files

• Storing them in a secure location

• Controlling who receives or accesses them

• Deleting copies that are no longer needed

• Verifying files before importing them

​

Workflow Wonders does not automatically receive copies of imported or exported files.

 

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

 

Workflow Wonders does not receive or share the restaurant, recipe, ingredient, pricing, or menu data stored in Pricetta.

We do not disclose Pricetta data to advertisers, data brokers, or marketing companies.

​

Information may only leave your device when you intentionally:

​

• Export a file

• Copy or share application data

• Move a database or backup file

• Send information to another person

• Include information in a support request

• Store information using a third-party backup or synchronization service

For example, files stored in OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, iCloud, or another synchronized folder may be processed by that provider according to its own privacy policy.

6. Support Communications

 

If you contact Workflow Wonders by email, we may receive the information you voluntarily provide, including:

​

• Your name or email address

• The contents of your message

• Screenshots or files you attach

• Technical details you provide about the application or your device

​

This information will be used to review and respond to your request.

​

Do not send confidential recipes, supplier contracts, financial records, passwords, payment-card information, or sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for your support request.

​

Email communications may also be processed by the email provider used to send and receive the message.

​

7. Third-Party Platforms

 

Pricetta may be downloaded, installed, or operated through third-party platforms such as:

​

• Microsoft Windows

• The Microsoft Store

• A web browser

• A cloud-storage provider

• An application-distribution or payment platform

​

Those platforms may independently collect information such as purchase history, device information, installation information, crash data, or account information.

​

Information collected independently by those platforms is governed by their respective privacy policies and is not controlled by this Privacy Policy.

8. Data Security

 

Because Pricetta stores information locally, the security of your information depends substantially on the security of your device and files.

We recommend that you:

​

• Use a password or PIN to protect your device

• Install operating-system and browser security updates

• Restrict access to your computer or mobile device

• Use encryption where available

• Store exported backups securely

• Avoid sharing backup or CSV files publicly

• Maintain a separate backup before resetting or deleting data

 

No storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Workflow Wonders cannot access, recover, or restore locally stored information that is deleted, corrupted, lost, or made inaccessible.

9. Data Retention and Deletion

 

Pricetta retains local data until you delete it.

​

You may remove data by:

​

• Deleting individual ingredients, recipes, outlets, or menu sets

• Using the Reset Everything feature

• Clearing the application’s browser storage

• Deleting the local Pricetta database or application-data folder

• Deleting exported backup and CSV files manually

 

Resetting application settings may preserve ingredients and recipes, while resetting everything is intended to remove the application’s locally stored workspace data.

​

Uninstalling Pricetta may not automatically remove every database, preference, backup, or exported file. You may need to delete remaining files manually.

​

Workflow Wonders generally cannot recover locally deleted information because the information is not stored on our servers.

​

10. Ownership of Your Data

Y

ou retain ownership of the recipes, pricing information, supplier information, menus, notes, and other business data you enter into Pricetta .

Workflow Wonders does not claim ownership of your locally stored restaurant or menu data.

​

11. Children’s Privacy

 

Pricetta is a business and productivity application and is not directed toward children under the age of 13.

​

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through Pricetta.

​

12. Future Features

 

Future versions of Pricetta may offer additional features, such as:

​

• Cloud synchronization

• User accounts

• Online backups

• License verification

• Automatic updates

• Crash reporting

• Optional analytics

• Third-party integrations

 

If a future version collects or transmits information in a way not described in this policy, this Privacy Policy will be updated before or when those features are introduced.
